Terms and Conditions

PRICES: Rayce makes every effort to keep prices constant; however, due to product cost increases and currency fluctuation, all prices are subject to change without notice. Prices indicated are FOB, Gainesville, Florida.

SHIPPING: Orders are normally shipped UPS ground or US mail. UPS 2nd DAY AIR and UPS NEXT DAY AIR are available for priority shipments. A handling charge of $2.50 will be applied to orders totaling less than $25.00 (excluding freight).

RETURNS: If there is any problem with a shipment, call us immediately and we will do everything to correct the matter. If you wish to return an item you must contact us first to obtain a return authorization. All returned goods must be sent freight prepaid; Rayce Inc. will not accept collect shipments. Special order and electrical items are not returnable. No returns after 30 days. Merchandise accepted for return must be unused and in the original, clean and undamaged package. Returned items that were shipped correctly are subject to a 15% handling charge. Credit or replacement of returned parts is effected only after the parts have been received and inspected by Rayce Inc.

CORES: Core returns do not require a return authorization but must be packed separately and marked "CORES" clearly on the outside of the package. Cores must be rebuildable, the same type unit and returned in its box. Disassembled or incomplete cores will not receive credit.

WARRANTY: All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Rayce Inc. accepts no liability for damage or expense caused by defective parts and offers no warranties expressed or implied. Inspect all parts upon receipt and prior to installation; if found defective, Rayce Inc. will exchanged them.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Refused shipments are subject to a minimum 15% handling charge in addition to freight charges.
