Logging in: If you already have an account number and password, logging in will use your existing information during processing. You are shown your discounted price during part inquiries and there is no need to fill in customer information when ordering.The Log in is required for wholesale customers with C.O.D. or credit terms.

New Wholesaler Registration:

Business: Companies wishing to establish a wholesale account must first complete the sign-in proceedure. Please fill in as much information as possible.

Rayce Inc. will contact you within 24 hours with your account number. This account number along with your password is necessary to access discount pricing when ordering.

Part number search - using the catalog: You can search for an item two ways: by selecting make, model,year or by entering either the Rayce or manufacturer's part number.

-Entering the Rayce or original part number When entering the Rayce or original part number you will be taken directly to the selection and order page. If you entered the original part number, the number now displayed will be the Rayce part number. Click on "View Details" to display prices, notes and other information. Choose the quantity to order and click on "Add to Order".

You will be shown your total order and you can keep shopping, view order, empty cart or check out. You may also review any related parts before continuing (optional).

Selection by make, model, year (item search): If you don't know the part number of the item you are seeking you can find the part using a series of selection screens.

First you must select a make by clicking on the make's icon or choosing from the selection list. You will be taken to a model and year selection. If you need help in the model selection you can use the model guide to help with your choice. It is not necessary to select any model or year but it will narrow your choices for a specific part.

Once you have selected a model and year you will be taken to the part description field. You may select the specific engine (optional) using the model guide to help you with your choice.

You may choose a category (optional) such as brakes, cooling or clutches if you don't know the description of the item. Or you may enter all or part of the description (optional) of the item you need. (TIP: If you cannot find an item using the category, try the description option alone.)

Click on "Next" and you will be taken to the item selection screen. Select an item by clicking on the "View Details" of the item. On the detail page you can view an image of the item (if available). Enter a quantity or use the default quantity of "1" and click on "Add to Order". You will be taken to the final order page which displays notes and related items.You will be shown your total order and you can keep shopping, view cart, empty cart or check out.

Keep Shopping: This will take you back to the beginning of the selection process. Checkout will take you to the customer payment information and shipping page.

Checkout: If you have not preregistered with Rayce you will need to fill out the customer information section. Complete all the required information including the shipping method then click "Submit" to finish you order.
